On the topic of unrestricted international trade, after researching it was determined to vote in favor of unrestricted international trade. Knowing that many countries would benefit from a free trade environment, including the United States, Asia, and the United Kingdom, the challenge is knowing where the benefits are and overcoming any pitfalls.
Based on the concepts around Competitive Advantage, all countries would benefit from various trade goods based on what is produced in a particular region. One country may produce a high volume of rice, such as several Asian regions, where others may produce higher in meat, poultry, or potatoes. Each organization would be able to determine what their needs are and how they could compensate their trade partners based on availability.
