Personal Perspective Paper
Deciding to attain my MBA was not a decision I made lightly. The process actually took place over the last 14 years. During the years there have been many pros and cons that have surfaced, on why I should or shouldn’t work towards my degree. I finally decided that I just needed to get it done, so here I am, ready or not. I use the Decision-Making Model daily at work the following is how I used the process while deciding to return to school.

Identifying & Diagnosing the Problem: It started just over 15 years ago while I was working at Murdock Learning Resource Center at George Fox University. As the Circulation Supervisor I wanted to be more challenged in my career, I was stuck in a rut, and wanted to see what other employers had to offer.
