The following presentation is based on the scenario from Global Communications, a provider of local and long distance phone services that plan a new strategy for long term growth of the company into a global provider of communications services. The presentation shows the key stakeholders in the negotiations with Union delegates that disagree with part of their plans.

Following the identification of the stakeholders will be an analysis of their perspectives and ideas and potential disagreements with their plans. My purpose is to find an effective solution that best suit both parties but keeping the business growth plan on focus and concise.......
