1. Above all of the meanings that the words “a more perfect union” may have they server as the purpose of the Constitution. It states: We the people of the United states in order to form a more perfect union… This means that the main point of this constitution, these guideline laws, is to make United States more perfect. With that said, a more perfect union may mean any number of things starting from simple laws that give basic freedom, ending with rights to bear arms etc.
2. All bills must be made in the House of Representatives but the Senate can propose or agree with proposed bills. After a bill has been passed, it has to be approved by the president. If the president does not approve, the bill must be revised. The revised version is then presented to the two Houses to vote on. If two thirds of the house agree, the bill is passed.
