This is a plan for attracting and retaining top employees for the restaurant field. This plan will outline everything that is necessary from recruitment sources, pre-recruitment, interviewing preparation, to legal considerations for top employees. If the plan is followed this company will be able to attract and retain the top employees in this field of work.
The first step should include this restaurant company’s plan for recruitment sources. The thing we need to realize is that every employer is dealing with the same economy, workforce illiteracy, and low number of incoming younger workers.
