Leadership is a dynamic, relational process involving interactions among leaders, members and sometimes outside constituencies.

Leadership styles:

1. Autocratic leadership: Leadership style that involves making managerial decision without consulting others.

2. Participative leadership: Leadership style that consists of managers and employees working together to make decisions.

3. Free-rein leadership: Leadership style that involves managers setting objectives and employees being relatively free to do whatever it takes to accomplish those objectives.

4. People-oriented leadership: Leadership is the one who, in order to comply with effectiveness and efficiency, supports, trains and develops his personnel, increasing job satisfaction and genuine interest to do a good job.

5. Servant leadership: Leadership style in a manner similar to democratic leadership tends to achieve the results in a slower time frame than other styles, although employee......
