Decisions in Paradise Part II
Now that ABF Freight System, Inc. has decided to pursue opening a terminal on the island of Kava we must address the problems we have previously discussed. The first problem and the most pressing will be to work with the government of Kava to help them rebuild the island from the natural disasters that have decimated the infrastructure of the island. The next problem that must be solved is the placement and building requirements of the freight terminal in relation to the port. The last problem to be addressed is the issue of the quality of the workforce on Kava. Alex and I will be working with the International Department, Supply Chain Management Department, Human Resources Department, and the government of Kava to address these problems. We will utilize the brainstorming technique to find creative solutions to these problems.
