Management and Leadership Paper
A leader can be a manager however a manager is not automatically a leader. The leader of a work group may materialize unofficially as the choice of leader unbeknownst to the person. When a manager demonstrates leadership, he or she influences the employees to achieve the goals of the organization without using his or her authority as manager. In this paper I am going to discuss the roles and responsibilities of organizational managers and leaders in any organizational culture.

Two words often used but describe different concepts are leadership and management. Leadership is a quality that a successful manager must possess.
