Many financial firms have been struggling to keep both their clients’ trust and Wall Street’s credibility. Intersect Investment has been faced with many different issues and has been struggling to keep its head above water for some time. With the declining sales numbers, employee turnover, and declining customer satisfaction change is necessary for the corporation to survive. Realizing that the industry is changing, Intersect Investment has decided to implement a new vision that all employees are required to follow. The corporation’s vision is to provide a broad set of products and services to consumer and small business customers using a model of customer intimacy that will build long-term relationships based on trust and value to the customer.
