You wake up one morning to find that you feel a little heavier than you did the day before. “Maybe it was that huge, late-night bowl of ice cream I ate,” You say to yourself. You quickly brush off the matter and continue on with your daily routine. You turn on the television to find an old re-run from a reality show. Just as you go to turn the channel, the attractive, thin star of the show is complaining on how heavy she is. Suddenly, that matter that you mindlessly blew off starts to become a bigger deal. You can’t help but to reach immediately to your stomach thinking, “Man, I have got to lose some weight quick!”
Yes, we all know this feeling. Society continuously makes us feel like we have to look, dress and present ourselves a certain way in order to fit in. Now, the most of importance to us is that we fit into size......
