Leadership can be defined in terms of totality of functions performed by executives as individuals and as a group. Thus, leadership is the process of influencing the activities of an individuals or a group for goal achievement in a given situation. Leadership is the process of getting things done. Leadership is the combination of strategy and character. Leadership process comprises three (3) factors. which are;
• Leaders
• The follower
• Other variable
