Alex is a manager of a multinational corporation and Melinda is an “actress” (she is not a real manager) she travels around South America making sales.

Over the last three months Alex kept receiving bad reports about the sales that Melinda “made”. She always did very well but in the last three months she has been “loosing sales”. Since Alex saw something was going wrong he called her to his office and ask her what was the problem. She told him she was having some morning sickness and she also felt she was not getting any support from the people around work, they did not appreciate what she was doing. Melinda told Alex she was going to be able of increasing those sales again but she might need an assistant to go with her and a motivation to keep doing well her work, what she actually wanted was a promotion.
