Functions of Management
When the word Management is mentioned, the first thought which might come to mind is an administrative staff. These staffs typically provide direction in achieving a business plan or goal. But did you know there are many dynamics to management? Glancing at the article Managerial competencies necessary in today's dynamic health care environment (Dec 2002) it states “While managing departmental operations, they must be able to incorporate change, have a sense of where the organization is headed, and know what they must do to make value-added contributions.
