1. The reasons for Micro Compact Car AG (MCC) should assemble the cars themselves rather than rely on the suppliers on site:

(1). Quality control
MCC can control the quality for assemble their car to avoid any failure or lower quality make by the supplier on the site. For example, sometime suppliers on the site may not be assemble the cars in the right condition (e.g. use wrong / low quality‘s component parts). Not only it may effect the brand name of MCC, but also it may even cause lose sale.

(2). Maintain relevance skill or knowledge of assembles the cars
Over rely on the suppliers for assemble their cars may lead MCC don’t have any capability/skill to assemble the cars themselves. To protect themselves and keep more secret for production process, MCC should keep some relevance skill; knowledge of assemble their cars. Because it exist the risk of disclose too much production skill to suppliers on the site.
