Funny Papers recently changed ownership. I hadn't picked up my comics in a few months, so when the new owner (Derek) took over, he called to ask if I wanted them to continue to hold the comics or release them. I called them back and spoke to a female employee and asked her to hold the comics, and I would be by in a few days. Long story short, Derek didn't get the message and when I got there they had been released the books. Oops! Now, most people would consider that bad service, but since I had let the books pile up for so long, I can't really blame them. Plus, when I did finally drop in, Derek was very helpful and was able to dig through a pile of comics in the back room and come up with just about everything I was missing and still gave me the subscription discount. I was very pleased with the service I received and have now been back a couple of times since and Derek has always been very friendly and helpful. I highly recommend Funny Papers for your comic needs.......
