A value that I hold near to my heart is the prevention of hardcore drug use. I have seen many fall to the hands of cocaine, my father included. Cocaine is a drug that is both a stimulant of the central nervous system and an appetite suppressant, giving rise to what has been described as a false and abnormally high sense of happiness and increased energy. It is most often used recreationally for this effect. My father was once a body builder he stood six feet two inches, two-hundred sixty pounds with three percent body fat. Once the early eighties hit and cocaine became popular he experimented with it behind my mother’s back. He eventually withered down lost most muscle mass. This was going on since I have been about three years of age. Although I could not tell exactly what was going on I knew something was not right. As I grew older, my mother explained what was going on, I was shocked and had grown a detest for users of cocaine.......
