I am a little loss for the current disposition we face in this country. With the economy in such bad shape it is in, we have so much more to worry than the seat of Supreme Court Justice Charles T Well to be honest. You know what I find to be funny, when you apply for a job, the slogan “discrimination against sex, race, religion or age is against the law” is plastered all over the Fair Employment act. Yet the Constitution has stipulations?

Charles T Wells has severed the State of Florida with a great track record. He was appointed the position he holds in 1994 and retained that position because we the people of the State of Florida; determined that he had and still has what it takes to maintain such a challenging position. The people believe that he is the best person for this precise job. Who better to teach and mentor a possible replacement than the man himself? He has been a positive, hard working, construction and balanced voice on the court system.......
