The company has come up with a new manual to assist the supervisor with their duties. This manual will assist a supervisor with many issues he or she may face in their position as a supervisor. This manual is not law and will not have all the answers. It will assist a supervisor in making important decisions. Information in this manual include: communication skills, orientation and training methods, improving productivity, conducting performance appraisals, resolving conflict, and improving employee relations. The management team is always open for ideas on handling the issues mentioned above. Please feel free to also let management know if they have any ideas for this manual. The management team will listen to and consider any suggestions they may have.
