When a human is born, there are pre-determined characteristics and traits that come from their genes that they start out life with. In the following years those factors can either be facilitated by our immediate family & cohorts, or they can be extinguished if they aren’t desirable to the person. Physical traits, coping skills, and initial behavior methods are inherited, or nature. The argument of Nature V. Nurture is valid, and ongoing. If we fully understood the weight of each, we could better formulate methods to eradicate undesirable behavior. The extent of how much each affects development is unknown, because it depends on one’s individual life experiences. The examples I’ve chose to examine are supportive of nurture, although because of a humans plasticity, they are either able to overcome or be poisoned by nurture.
