So along with economics people consider a number of factors before leaving for a new destination.

 Uncertainty about employment; transportation expenses if high and possibility of getting good accommodation, if low discourages migration.
 Attachment to old living places (psychological factors)
 Difference in language, culture social customs and traditions
 Double establishment expenses.
