For this article, I initially came up with the title of, “The Ultimate Balance between Work and Life; Do Men Have a Better handle on this than Women?” After researching the title and reading the abstracts of what came up, I had to change the title to “What is the meaning of Work/Life Balance and how do you obtain it?” This topic of work/life balance caught my eye because this is something I have always struggled with and so have many people around me. When I first started my research, I was hoping to find articles and/or studies done on the difference between males and females and how each handles the balancing of work and life. I was hoping to also find outcomes that women would havea better handle than males when it comes to a two parent home setting.
