Barak Obama, the senator from Illinois, is a native of Kenya who spends this weekend exploring a presidential bid in New Hampshire and Hilary Clinton, the first woman to represent New York in the senate, calls to supporters in Iowa. Despite their current popularity in the polls, the question still remains: are Americans prepared to elect an African American or a woman as president of the United States?
