INTRODUCTION

Entrepreneurship has been recognized as an important factor contributing to firm success. Entrepreneurial activities promote the continuity and success of companies by contributing to growth in employment and growth. Indeed, research has shown that entrepreneurship increases revenue streams, empowers employees, and improves profitability (Zahra, 1996; Lumpkin & Dess, 1996). With the competitive landscape of the twenty first century becoming increasingly dynamic and uncertain (Hamel, 2000), it is of paramount importance that companies develop an entrepreneurial mindset that allows them to identify and exploit opportunities in their environments.
Strategy implementation is the most important project in any organization. We will explain the concept of implementation of strategy and how entrepreneurship helps it in theory and practice, by providing examples to support this aspect.
