Menu bar
In menu bar we have file menu, edit, view, insert, format, tool, table, widow and help. Here we will discuss file, edit and view menus.

File menu (Alt+F)
In file menu we have new, open, close, save, save as etc. We are going to discuss it one by one.

New ( Ctrl+N)
Left click on file menu.
Left click on new.
In task pane new will be opened.
In new, we have blank document, blank web page, blank e-mail and general templates.

Open(ctrl+o)
Left click on file menu
Left click on open
A new window will be opened asking what we want to open.
And from there required document will be selected from its proper place and press open the document will be opened in the ms word.

Close (ctrl+w)
With the help of the close command you can closed the document.

Save (Ctrl+S)
Left click on file menu
Left click on save
A window will be opened and the document will be saved, with which name we......
