What dependencies exist? There are several dependencies that exist for Michael. His work, dependencies consist of his friend Albert, whom apparently has an influence over Michael. He doubted Michael however he simply power of suggestion. Pierre Hoffman was Michaels CEO, Michael does a good job for Pierre yet Pierre wants Michael to move to China. However Michael is dependent on Pierre for company advancement. Pierre already knows that Michael is a good employee but Michael just needs to emphasize are greatest qualifications. Michael can do to improve his political edge is to gather a coalition.
Michael’s colleagues are demonstrating legitimate political behavior. Since Danielle is using her networking and politicking skills to her advantage she seems to have the company’s best interests there is nothing wrong with this.
