The Senior Prom is probably the most memorable night for every college student. My last Prom in 2008 was even more unforgettable because I participated in it as the chairman of the prom committee.

As president of the CIE Youth Union in 2007 and 2008, I knew that the prom would be the last event and the most difficult responsibility that I had to take on. However, ‘Live to learn, not learn to live’ is my motto, I was very enthusiastic as I knew that prom was a great opportunity for me to improve my skills of organizing as well as experiencing the job of an event-maker. Then, in December 2007, I started planning for the prom.

First, I called upon the four best members of the Youth Union to join the committee. Then, with their recommendations, five more students were admitted, and the committee was officially formed with a total of 10 members.
