Robinson was the first African American to play Major League Baseball and became a legend before his time. It was the Dodgers first game and the stadium was packed with some people cheering for Robinson while others would say discriminatory comments. With no fear Robinson ran out onto the field and began his long career as, first basemen for the Dodgers. With the first pitch being thrown there was only anticipation lurking.
