To simplify this question, I will be using examples of ‘The Opus’ and ‘The World Trade Centre’. The Opus is an AAA commercial tower in the Business Bay district of Dubai, which reflects Omniyat Properties’ passion for innovation which is designed from the award winning architect Zaha Hadid.
