Strategies For Communicating Effectively in a Team

Have you ever heard the expression, “Great minds think alike?” Well, even though, it is generally believed that people in teams tend to have to think and interact the same to reach a common goal, people don’t really “think alike.” In fact, there are numerous types of learning styles and personality types that people can have.

Learning styles

According to Instructor Magazine, there are three main types of learning styles. These are visual, kinesthetic and auditory. Most people rely on one of these styles more than others. In taking the Multiple Pathways to Learning assessment found in Keys to College Studying, I assessed I am a verbal/linguistic person with strengths in interpersonal, bodily kinesthetic and musical learning styles.
