I am comparing Medieval Europe to Feudal Japan on clothing and castles. I chose these topics because they help us understand the puzzle of knowing and understanding what life was like in Medieval Europe and Feudal Japan. I also am very interested how two totally different cultures, even though around about the same time, dressed and built their cities and towns, and the different styles that was involved. I am a book worm, and I am fascinated at the knights and their castles, the samurai’s and their castles and how all of that fits into the idea of what Feudal Japan and Medieval Europe would look like in the Meddle Ages.

Medieval castles were first made out of wood. In later years, they made castles out of stone. Wooden castles catch on fire and are not suited for wet, cold winter days.
