With new technology being updated constantly, companies are trying to keep up with the increasing demand to stay number one and to keep up with the technological demands. With these companies doing so, they are discovering that with this new technology, they do not need the employees that they once employed because this new technology does their job at a much more cost efficient price. Although, with these new systems, many companies are trying them out at the expense of their employees. They get all this new technology to see how it works and if it will be more cost efficient for them, and if it is, they tend to let the employees go.......
