Embryonic stem cells are the stem cells found only in embryos. Stem Cells can divide indefinitely, unlike regular cells. They are not specialized and can transform into any type of cell. They also have a cytoplasm and a nucleus just like a regular cell.
Stem cells are used to repair damaged organs including the brain. It also helps people with Cancer, Alzheimer's and Parkinson's disease. Irving (2005) there is three ways scientists study stem cells.
