Dear Mr. Stone:
My name is johnand I am interested in becoming a Full Time Supervisor. My career with UPS began in March of 2002. Since then I have held various positions including: loader, pick-off, training supervisor, cover supervisor, and outbound supervisor. These positions have helped me to achieve a great understanding of UPS operations. I have also developed superior leadership skills through these positions. I am currently an Outbound Supervisor, under the supervision of I received and Academic Diploma from Stone Mountain High School in June of 2000. Currently I attend Georgia Perimeter College. I am working toward a degree in Business Management.
As a Full Time Supervisor I intend to accomplish all goals set forth by the company. I intend to improve hub performance issues such as mis-load frequency, mis-toggle, and production. As a Full Time Supervisor I also plan to decrease employee turnover by......
